Essential Duties:
- Keep warehouse organized and clean
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks as they come in
- Notify manager of any material that are running low
- Keep equipment in good working condition

This administrative position requires an understanding of accounting functions with at least 2-5 years verifiable experience
Essential Duties:
- Accounting duties including data entry and working with PPB’s accounting department on tasks.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for F&L.
- Responsible for sales/use tax for F&L.
- Complete financial reporting for F&L.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
HS graduate or equivalent, required, BA or BS degree preferred in Human Resources/Accounting or related field of study.

Position Details:
- First (daytime) shift hours, may require OT as needed working out of F&L Hazleton Monday – Friday.
- Must be organized and be able to prioritize workflow under minimal supervision.
- Must have good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Knowledge and experience with debits, credits, posting, journal entries, reconciliation, balance sheets and reports.
- Knowledge and experience with inventory and accounting systems is helpful.
