- Perform rolling steel installation
- Liftmaster commercial operators, and Raynor commercial operators along with Cornell
- Perform welding and electrical work as required during installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with door systems and related components.
- Work independently and efficiently, ensuring all work is completed on time and according to specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed and between (3) office locations (Hazleton, Schuylkill Haven and New Tripoli)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a commercial door installer, with a solid understanding of welding, electrical systems, and retrofitting installations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be willing to travel to job sites.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Compensation:

Essential Duties:
- Keep warehouse organized and clean
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks as they come in
- Notify manager of any material that are running low
- Keep equipment in good working condition
- Assist in completing a physical inventory
- Assist and load customers needing to pick up materials
- Put parts together as needed
- Must be able to lift garage doors
- Assist with checking purchase orders as needed
- Cut down opener rails as needed per job
- Report any equipment abuse or misuse by crew so they can be held accountable

Essential Duties:
- Install overhead doors on commercial and residential properties
- Install all types of commercial and residential automatic overhead door openers
- In charge of collecting payments from customers
- Send Marco Polo for each and every job completed
- Responsible for company trucks and equipment (if applicable)
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Willingness to work under adverse conditions
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work off heights
- Knowledge of mechanical skills
- Knowledge in dock equipment
- Welding background
Education/Experience: College, Trade or Vocational Training preferred, HS graduate or equivalent required. Related experience:
- Carpentry
- Overhead Door
- Welding
Position Details:
- First shift (day shift) hours, some weekends may apply based on business needs
- Safety conscious
- Ability to speak with customers in a professional manner
- Valid Driver’s License required with medical card
- Must work a full schedule each day
