Essential Duties:
- Keep warehouse organized and clean
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks as they come in
- Notify manager of any material that are running low
- Keep equipment in good working condition
- Assist in completing a physical inventory
- Assist and load customers needing to pick up materials
- Put parts together as needed
- Must be able to lift garage doors
- Assist with checking purchase orders as needed
- Cut down opener rails as needed per job
- Report any equipment abuse or misuse by crew so they can be held accountable

Position Summary: We are looking to hire Experienced Garage Door Installers in the Hazleton, Schuylkill Haven, and Lehigh Valley areas. Qualified candidates should have good mechanical skills and be familiar with the use of hand tools and no problems working off of ladders or heights. Pay is commensurate with experience and a valid driver’s license is required.
Position Summary: Responsible for supporting sales and customer service for F&L Doors. Office location in Hazleton, PA.
Essential Duties:
- Taking calls in the office from current and prospective customers
- Handling walk-in customers
- Setting appointments for outside project salesmen
- Assisting outside sales with order entry
- Quote building projects
- Follow up on quotes
- Process contract change orders
- Review & process sold jobs
- Work trade shows and marketing events throughout the year
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Sales and customer service knowledge
- Knowledge of building materials
- Strong organizational and communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Interpersonal skills including professionalism, patience, and courtesy
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
Education/Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Related experience: (preferably in construction)

Position Details:
- Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 7:30am-4pm, some evenings may apply; 1-2 Saturdays per month from 8am-12pm
- Must be willing to travel to trade shows, trainings, etc. on occasion
- Must be organized and be able to prioritize workflow under minimal supervision
- Must have strong communication and documentation skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to analyze and propose changes conducive to eliminating or reducing repetitive tasks and streamlining workflow
Physical Requirements:
- Communicate effectively using speech, vision, hearing, and writing
- Visual acuity for reading, computer workstation
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to operate office equipment

Compensation: Is an hourly base rate, plus commission.
