Responsibilities:
- Perform field inspections to verify job completion for installers as requested by the scheduling department
- Support installers and service technicians throughout the workday as needed
- Conduct field checks related to product damage or manufacturing deficiencies
- Assist the sales department in reviewing product pricing and ensuring price list accuracy
- Support the introduction of new products into the sales portfolio
- Prepare accurate job estimates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collect payments and ensure timely account resolution
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction and/or garage door industry (preferred)
- Proven sales experience with strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of building materials and construction processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (in person and by phone)
- Professional interpersonal skills, including patience, courtesy, and attention to detail
Position Requirements:
- First shift, daytime hours (some evenings and weekends may be required)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze workflows and recommend process improvements

- Liftmaster commercial operators, and Raynor commercial operators along with Cornell
- Perform welding and electrical work as required during installations.

- Work independently and efficiently, ensuring all work is completed on time and according to specifications.
