Key Responsibilities:

F&L Doors is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Garage Door Sales Representative Apprentice. This structured, hands-on program is designed to develop the next generation of sales professionals by first building strong technical knowledge in the field, followed by guided sales training.
This approximately 12-month program provides a clear path into a full-time Garage Door Sales Representative role with salary and commission opportunities.

Training Program Overview:

- Phase 2 (6–9 months): Blended Role – Installation and sales shadowing. Observe customer consultations, quoting, and sales processes. Expected to be with sales 2–3 days per week.
- Phase 3 (9–12 months): Sales Emphasis – Increased involvement in customer consultations, proposal preparation, and ordering. Installing 1–2 days per week, with the remainder spent with sales based on progression.
- Phase 4 (Post 12 months): Full-time Sales Representative – Base salary plus commission based on performance.
Responsibilities:
